Shop in Peace
Nov. 1-12, times vary
It’s already Christmastime at The Old Lucketts Store. Head to this annual and wildly popular event to take a walk through Lucketts’ holiday Design House where everything is decorated with holiday decor. The best part? Complimentary Styling with Dyson Hair Care
Friday Nov. 1, 3-4 p.m. and 7-8 p.m.
Receive a free dry styling at the Dyson Demo Store, where an expert will showcase how to use the latest in Dyson’s hair care technology. Jewelry Pop-Up with Cindy Liebel
Saturday, Nov. 2, 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Meet and greet local artist Cindy Liebel, known for her metalsmith works and fine jewelry sold at galleries and boutiques across the U.S., Canada and abroad. Makeup & Mimosas
Sunday, Nov. 3, 2-5 p.m.
IndigoChanel, a local makeup artist, will teach a master makeup class for those who want to learn how to enhance natural beauty with hints of makeup for everyday looks. The goal of the class is to teach attendees how to nail down a daily makeup routine that will take 20 minutes or less to complete. The seminar is open to beginning or experienced individuals in the beauty field. Slow Fashion October Book Club Meeting
Monday, Nov. 4, 7-9 p.m.
Old Town Books will be hosting a special pop-up book club meeting at Threadleaf with drinks, snacks and a Q&A session on ethical, eco-friendly fashion with Stitch Sew Shop and Fibre Space. Beauty and Brunch
Sunday, Nov. 10, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Les Bourgeois Artistry Bridal and Special Events, a hair and makeup company, recently opened a new studio in downtown Culpeper. To celebrate the grand opening, it is hosting a beauty and brunch event with mimosas, doughnuts, shrimp and grits, giveaways, take-home swag bags and more. Polished Uniform Hairstyles Class
Sunday, Nov. 10, noon-3 p.m.
Are you a woman in the military? If so, this class is for you. Just because your hair must meet regulations in uniform doesn’t mean it can’t be stylish. 61st Cooley-Moore Scholarship Luncheon Fashion Show
Sunday, Nov. 10, 2-5 p.m.
IFNV, the charitable affiliate of the Zeta Chi Omega of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, will be hosting its 61st annual fashion show to raise scholarship money for students attending schools in Arlington and Alexandria. KBC Winter Fashion Show
Wednesday, Nov. 13, 5:30-9 p.m.

Small Business Saturday at the Zen Lounge
