Milltown Haunt
October 2–November 7
This working farm transforms into your worst nightmare once October strikes. The indoor-outdoor attraction features three fear-inducing haunts: Thorne House and Barn of Fears, The Void, and Trickster’s Hollow. Looking for something extra scary? Workhouse Arts Center Haunt: Dark Encounters
October 3–30
Who knows what will happen in the shadows of the former Lorton Reformatory? Stay close to your group as you make your way through the prison’s frightening interior and eerie woodland. Clifton Haunted Trail
October 24
For one night only, the scariest creatures return to the town of Clifton. On October 24, thousands will enter the trail full of all types of creatures, from plague doctors to blood-covered clowns. Don’t wander too far into the woods, or you might run into the infamous Bunnyman. Clifton, $20+
