This European-inspired estate hit the market over the summer after the home’s owner and former Washington Capitals forward T.J. Oshie announced his retirement. Located in the Langley Farms neighborhood, the estate features six bedrooms, six full and two half bathrooms, and 11,400 square feet. Eye-catching amenities include a two-level patio, in-ground pool, and private putting green. The home eventually sold for $9.3 million, making it one of the most expensive home sales of 2025.
