Looking for a new place to stock up on groceries? NoVA has several new grocery stores that have recently opened or are in the works to open soon. Check out these six spots.

2 New Aldis

There are two new Aldis in the works for Northern Virginia. One could be coming to the former Bed Bath & Beyond space in the Tysons area, while the other is being planned for Stafford’s Market at Austin Ridge. The German brand has around 75 stores in Virginia and is known for low-cost grocery options. 2051 Chain Bridge Rd., Vienna; 962 Courthouse Rd., Stafford

Sprouts Farmers Market

In Arlington, Sprouts Farmers Market is eyeing a September opening for its new location on Langston Boulevard. The building was a Giant, which closed in 2024, ARLNow reported. Sprouts is a grocery chain that specializes in organic foods. 3115 Langston Blvd., Arlington

Staples Grocery Company

This new store isn’t your typical big-box grocery store. It offers baked goods and pantry staples in the market, but it also has options for sit-down meals and drinks at a wine bar. It opened in May in the space that was Roots 657. 42301 Spinks Ferry Rd., Leesburg

Teso Life

This Asian department store is planning to open two new locations in NoVA after opening its first area store in Centreville last year. The chain offers a little of everything, including international snacks and food items. One is planned for Sterling’s Sugarland Crossing shopping center, and the other is planned for Springfield. 6398 Springfield Plz., Springfield; 47100 Leesburg Pike, Sterling
