A new shopping center is planned for Stafford County. The Market at Austin Ridge will be located off the I-95 corridor, across from the location of the planned Buc-ee’s. It will include an Aldi, Texas Roadhouse, Sheetz, and Flagship Carwash.
Commercial real estate firm KLNB says it helped negotiate the leases at The Market at Austin Ridge. The center is planned for 962 Courthouse Rd. at the intersection of Courthouse Road and the future Austin Ridge Drive.
“We are absolutely thrilled to receive final approval and are planning to break ground imminently on this exciting new project,” says Andy Garrett, landlord representative for The Market at Austin Ridge. “Our company has a proud 39-year history of investing in the Stafford community, and this marks the beginning of our next great chapter here. Our vision is to deliver a premier retail shopping center that serves as a vibrant gathering place bringing dining, shopping, and everyday convenience to the area.”
Construction and completion dates for the shopping center have not yet been announced.
