A new Asian department store, Teso Life, is opening a new spot in Centreville. The store will offer a variety of Asian snacks and groceries, beauty products, home goods, and beyond.
Teso Life touts itself as a “go-to destination for unique Asian finds for your everyday essentials.” The brand was founded in 2017 in Queens, New York, and has locations across the country. This is the first location in Virginia; the closest Teso Life store is in Rockville, Maryland.
On its website, Teso Life displays products in categories including kitchenware, houseware, office products, health and beauty, and toys.
The new store is at 13836 Braddock Rd., Centreville, in an H-Mart-anchored shopping plaza. It will open on Friday, January 16, and host a grand opening event from January 16 to 18. Store hours are from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
As part of the grand opening, visitors will get a free snack with any purchase, a free snack bag with a $50 purchase, and a free premium gift bag with a $100 purchase. There will also be a giveaway of a $50 gift card to one winner.
