Sephora
Opened Friday, Jan. 24
Global beauty company Sephora has added another location to its more than 2,600 stores, right in historic Old Town, featuring thousands of cosmetic products from a variety of well-known brands. The Alexandria store is Sephora’s fourth location in Northern Virginia. Other locations include Pentagon City, Clarendon and the Springfield Mall. // 810 King St., Alexandria
b8ta
Opening Saturday, Feb. 15
While Paolo Alto-born b8ta isn’t new to Tysons Corner Center, it is upgrading from its residence of a kiosk on Level Two to a storefront on Level One, next to the Kids Foot Locker and Abercrombie Kids. The site will serve as b8ta’s only location in the DMV, promoting its mission of being “the next generation of retail” by making it easy to shop for the most innovative products currently on the market. Cotton On
Expected opening: May 2020
Australian-based global retailer Cotton On will settle into new digs at Tysons Corner Center this spring, offering a variety of clothing and stationery brands to local consumers. In Australia, the term “to cotton on” means to understand or discover the potential of a great idea, which is the underlying value of Cotton On Group, the corporate collective that manages seven brands and 1,400 stores across 18 countries.
