5 Homes for Sale in Woodbridge, the Fastest-Growing Suburb in the US

From condos to single-family homes, you can find affordable living options throughout Woodbridge.

Over the last seven years, Woodbridge has become the fastest-growing suburb in the U.S. It’s easy to see why: With average home prices at just over $500,000, Woodbridge is one of the more affordable communities in Northern Virginia. Plus, it’s full of destinations like Potomac Mills Mall and the Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge. If you’re on the hunt for a new home, here are five houses on the market in Woodbridge.

Listed at $489,000, this property will provide a sweet humble abode for its next owners. The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home was originally built in 1967 but has undergone plenty of renovations over the last 10 years, including a kitchen renovation, stone patio addition, repaved driveway, and renovated bathrooms. Throughout the bi-level house, you’ll find open living areas, natural light, and private spots for relaxation. Plus, the backyard has a deck and stone patio to help you enjoy those cool summer nights.

If you’re looking for a change of scenery as you age, consider moving to River Ridge. Located inside the 55-plus community, this home is nearly 3,000 square feet, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Inside, the gourmet kitchen, cozy fireplace, and formal dining space will wow guests. Outside the home, enjoy the community’s amenities, like the clubhouse and walking trail, just a few turns away from the Occoquan River. The current list price is $725,000.

Is condo living more your speed? Then make sure to add this property in Belmont Bay to your list. Currently listed for $545,000, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is 2,449 square feet. From the open layout family room and loft to the balcony and one-car garage, you’ll be able to enjoy all the amenities of a single-family home without the yard work. In addition to being close to the bay, community members will have access to the outdoor pool, tennis courts, and walking trails.

12712 Harborview Ct., Woodbridge

Built in 1970, this townhouse has been updated with major system needs and plenty of design elements. At $530,000, the four-bedroom home comes with a spacious gourmet kitchen (with updated appliances) and a cozy sitting area on the main level. In the basement, you’ll find versatile space that can be turned into an office, workout area, or game room. The fenced-in backyard is complete with a deck that’s perfect for all your entertaining needs. And if you have little ones, they will love having the neighborhood playground right in their backyard.
