Leesburg Fall Fine Art Festival

The Leesburg Fall Fine Art Festival is only 5 years old, but it has already earned national acclaim. There will be 100 exhibiting artists selling their work, and a high volume of attendance is expected. Occoquan Arts and Crafts Show

The Occoquan Arts and Crafts Show happens twice a year, once at the beginning of June and once at the end of September, and draws artisans from all over the country as well as local Occoquan artists. Over 300 artisans are planning to come for the September showing, transforming Downtown Historic Occoquan into a lively street fair where both kids and adults can find fun activities and wares to buy. Because the town’s historic district will be closed off for the festival, the roads will be closed from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. during these days; a $5 shuttle bus going back and forth from four nearby locations will be available during the event. Art on the Avenue

Del Ray’s Art on the Avenue boasts four stages, a pie-baking contest and over 300 booths filled with local art, food and music. The festival is kid-friendly and will have ongoing events for kids throughout the celebration, such as screen printing and a stuff-your-own-scarecrow activity. Dulles Fall Fine Art Festival
Oct. 21-22
This free festival is centralized in one of the most affluent areas of the country, with buyers coming from both Loudoun and Fairfax County, so there will be items available across a wide range of prices. Sculptures, woodwork, fiber art, metalwork, ceramics, photography and other forms of art will all be for sale. Here customers will find ceramics, wine and gifts that cannot be obtained anywhere else.
