From restaurants to fitness studios, National Landing has a wave of new openings.

National Landing’s transformation shows no signs of slowing down. With new restaurants, fitness concepts, and shops continuing to fill Crystal City and Pentagon City, the neighborhood is one of Northern Virginia’s most dynamic hubs. Here’s a look at what’s just opened — and what’s on the way.

Monstera

Get burritos for any meal at Monstera’s new Water Park kiosk. From breakfast-focused options to bowls and sandwiches, you’ll be able to find a dish that satisfy any of your early-morning or late-night cravings. 1721 Crystal Dr., Arlington

Nash & Smashed

Comfort food fans can indulge in a menu centered on Nashville hot chicken and smashburgers — two indulgent favorites under one roof. 2333 S. Eads St., Arlington

Bubble tea lovers have a new go-to. Spot of Tea offers a menu packed with customizable drinks, from classic milk teas to fruit-forward refreshers. Get your fill of bright flavors, chewy boba, and a quick, casual stop for something sweet. 1631 Crystal Dr., National Landing

Sweathouz

Wellness meets recovery at Sweathouz, where services like infrared saunas and cold plunges are designed to complement intense workouts and promote overall health. An EGO Beauty Bar — with shampoo, conditioner, and Dyson hair tools — is available for visitors to use after their treatments. 1409 S. Fern St., Ste. A, Arlington

Urban Boxing

Fitness gets an edge with Urban Boxing’s newest outpost. The high-energy studio offers boxing-inspired workouts that combine cardio and strength training, and other classes in boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts, muay Thai, jiu-jitsu, sparring and yoga. 3030 Potomac Ave., Arlington

Altitude and Constellation

This two-level project by Episcope Hospitality is opening near Amazon HQ2 inspired by the “golden age of travel,” according to Eater DC. Altitude promises a design-forward wine bar that features an “audiophile listening room” with a large selection of vinyl records and an onsite wine expert to guide guests in finding the perfect glass. Constellation is a cafe and gourmet market that will have a variety of specialty espresso and whole bean coffee. Larger made-to-order meals will also be available, in addition to gourmet market selections. 2011 Crystal Dr., Arlington

Maman

The café chain known for its French-inspired fare and signature blue-and-white aesthetic is expanding into Pentagon City. It will set up shop in the former Mae’s Market space, according to ARLNow. Guests can enjoy pastries, coffee, and cozy interiors that feel straight out of a countryside cottage. 1450 S. Eads St., Arlington

Scapegoat Beer Garden 

This anticipated beer garden and Korean street food restaurant aims to bring an outdoor social scene to National Landing. They’ll be serving classic IPAs, seasonal drinks, and a full bar, Arlington Magazine reported. 556 22nd St S., Arlington

Takagi Coffee

This Japanese café concept is known for its soufflé-style pancakes and carefully brewed coffee. With only one other location in the US, its arrival will add another international flavor to Pentagon City, according to ARLNow. Guests can try Japanese rice plates, omelets, and more. 721 15th St. S., Arlington

Paris Baguette

The global bakery chain continues its expansion with a new Crystal City location, offering pastries, cakes, and café staples perfect for a quick breakfast or afternoon treat. The French-inspired bakery is expected to open this summer and will have indoor and outdoor seating. 2000 S. Bell St., Arlington

Peachy Studio

A beauty-focused studio, Peachy is expected to bring streamlined, modern skincare services to the area. This will be the chain’s first Virginia location. No opening date has been made public. Location TBA

Pizzeria Paradiso Pronto

A fast-casual spin on the beloved DC pizzeria, this concept serves up its signature 9-inch pies in just a few minutes. Visitors can purchase pizza by the slice at this location only. It’s expected to open this spring in the place of Crush Pizza & Wine. 1611 Crystal Dr., Arlington

Pilates on the Mat

This boutique fitness studio will offer quality Pilates classes at a fraction of the price in a minimalist setting. Corporate wellness classes will also be available for offices and apartments, according to ARLNow. 269 19th Ct. S., Arlington

Twins Ace Hardware storefront at National Landing

Twins Ace Hardware

A practical addition to the neighborhood, this locally owned hardware store will provide essential home improvement goods and home repair services. It has scheduled a soft open on April 7, followed by a three-day grand opening from May 29 to 31, according to ARLNow. 2051 S. Bell St., Arlington

Tiki Thai

This award-winning Thai restaurant will bring its vibrant flavors and island-inspired atmosphere to a new Crystal City home. The location will have two concepts, fine dining and fast-casual meals, according to ARLNow. Its sibling restaurant, Bird’s Eye Thai, will close its Water Park kiosk and join Tiki Thai after opening. 244 19th Ct. S., Arlington
