19 Restaurants and Stores Coming to National Landing in 2025

The growing neighborhood will soon add a handful of new restaurants and beauty services to its expanding list of businesses.

A plethora of new businesses are opening soon in National Landing, giving Amazon HQ2 workers something to look forward to as they return to the office full-time. From new and expanded restaurants to fitness studios to convenient services, expect to see these 19 new businesses around National Landing this year.

Recently Opened

Call Your Mother

Water Park officially has a new restaurant. The bagel shop opened its latest location earlier this week — it’s fourth store in Northern Virginia. 1671 Crystal Dr., Arlington

Opening Soon

Flight Wine Shop

Previously located in DC as a wine bar, the owners are reopening near HQ2 as a wine shop. Expect to find around 300 selections of wines at any given time, according to Arlington Magazine. It’s set to open in January. 1900 Crystal Dr., Arlington

Tend

The dentist office will be opening its third NoVA location in February. 1421 S. Hayes St., Arlington

Yunnan by Potomac Noodle House

The wait is almost over for the new location of Yunnan. The restaurant is set to open on January 24. The Chinese restaurant will be relocating from Alexandria to Arlington. 1446 S. Grant St., Arlington

Expected in Early 2025

Bar Chinois

This DC bar is expanding across the river. Diners can expect to find Chinese cuisine and a French-inspired cocktail menu. Its DC location is part of the Michelin Dining Guide, so you can expect amazing flavors and service. 1900 Crystal Dr., Arlington

Bar Colline

Café Colline’s new concept is coming to Arlington. Announced last year, the new spot will have an eclectic atmosphere similar to what you may find in Paris. The menu will feature shareable plates, wine, and cocktails. 1900 Crystal Dr., Arlington

Club Studio

This studio combines the best of boutique fitness classes and luxury amenities. It will feature separate rooms for cycling, boxing, Pilates, yoga, and more. Plus, members will be able to find amenities they expect in a regular gym. 3550 S. Clark St., Arlington

Crumbl Cookies

The cookie chain is expanding into Arlington — its first location in the city.1446 S. Grant St., Arlington

Dolan Uyghur

Fans of Uyghur dishes won’t have to travel as far to enjoy their favorite dishes. After opening its third location in Falls Church this past fall, the restaurant will further its reach when it opens its fourth area location. 320 23rd St. S., Arlington

GoodVets

This animal hospital is a one-stop shop for all of your pet’s needs. You’ll be able to book primary care, urgent care, surgery, oral visits, and virtual appointments. This will be the chain’s first Northern Virginia location. 1900 Crystal Dr., Ste. 75, Arlington

King Street Oyster Bar

One of NoVA’s favorite seafood spots is expanding into Arlington. In addition to oysters, diners will be able to find lobster rolls, crab cakes, fish and chips, and other seafood delicacies. The restaurant already has NoVA locations in Leesburg and Middleburg. 480 11th St. S., Arlington

Lantern Restaurant and Bar

After being vacant for over 10 years, this location has finally found a new owner. The Lantern Restaurant will be serving up your favorite Chinese dishes once its doors open. 320 23rd St. S., Arlington

Omacase Japanese Sushi

The team at Guy Shige Japanese BBQ & Bar is behind this upscale sushi restaurant. Seating will be available by reservation only. 480 11th St. S., Arlington

Expected in Spring 2025

Gwenie’s Pastries

After dining at one of these new eateries, end the night with a sweet treat from Gwenie’s Pastries. The bakery will have classic Filipino desserts, along with fusion-inspired treats and their own creations. 550 14th St. S., Arlington

La Posada

You can never have too many Tex-Mex spots. The Don Pancho Mexican Grill team is behind the opening of La Posada’s 5,450-square-foot space, according to the Washington Business Journal. 320 23rd St. S., Arlington

TBA

First National Bank

The opening will mark the third First National Bank branch in Arlington. 1446 S. Grant St., Arlington

Peachy

Get rid of your wrinkles and fine lines at this skin care studio. Find preventative care and tailor your treatments with Botox, retinoids, and mineral sunscreen. This will be the chain’s first Virginia location. 

Sparkle and Pop Nails

An afternoon of pampering is just what you need. The nail salon, which also has a location in Alexandria, will offer manicures, pedicures, waxing, and kid services. 1446 S. Grant St., Arlington

Toastique

You can always find a healthy and energizing meal at Toastique. The gourmet toast and juice bar uses fresh and responsible sourced ingredients to make all of its dishes. An exact location has yet to be announced.
