Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets changes name; updates on renovations

Visitors at the Loudoun County shopping center will still recognize the now-shortened name, and see the completion of renovations in 2020.

Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets, always a hot spot on Black Friday and every other weekend of the year, has officially changed its name to Leesburg Premium Outlets.

The change “reflects our ongoing commitment to reimagining the shopping experience with the area’s best outlet stores and an inviting atmosphere for our guests to enjoy,” general manager Jim Gonzales stated in a recent press release.

The outlets have other changes in the works, with a newly completed, modernized food hall, featuring dining tables and comfortable lounge areas, refreshed bathrooms and a private nursing lounge found near the management office. Free Wi-Fi for customers is on the horizon.

Ongoing renovations to the outdoor courtyards, which will include the addition of more seating, an interactive green space and a communal fire pit, will be complete in summer 2020. The green space will include lifesize games and updated landscaping, and families will enjoy an upgraded children’s play area too.

The Leesburg Premium Outlets is open through the construction and will be open on Thanksgiving Day from 6 p.m. to midnight, and Black Friday from midnight to 10 p.m. Find other shopping location hours for Black Friday here. // Leesburg Premium Outlets: 241 Fort Evans Road NE, Leesburg
