Tickets for the Lucketts Holiday House Go on Sale Soon

Plan ahead for this festive shopping experience.

By Maggie Roth September 11, 2026 at 9:52 am

Summer might just be winding down, but it’s already time to start planning ahead for the holidays. The annual Lucketts Holiday House will return from November 5 to December 13, and tickets go on sale September 14.

The Lucketts Holiday House is an annual tradition for many Northern Virginians. The team at The Lucketts Store decks out the 100-year-old farmhouse with curated holiday home décor. The home has 11 rooms and covers more than 3,000 square feet.

Everything in the Holiday House is for sale, but it’s not set up like any run-of-the-mill store. Instead, the wreaths, ornaments, and other décor are carefully arranged to create a festive atmosphere throughout the whole space. That way, it can double up as a shopping opportunity and a source of inspiration for your own holiday decorations.

The house is restocked with new décor every day. Plus, there are fun, festive murals outside the space that make for great Instagram opportunities.

Tickets range from $25 to $40 each. Each ticket comes with a designated time slot.

And if you’re not quite ready to think about the holidays yet, you can focus your attention on the upcoming Lucketts Fall Market, which runs from October 16 to 18. Tickets are on sale now.
