Spooky season may have just started, but people are already gearing up for Halloween. The holiday’s seasonal decor is moving into local stores, and retailer Spirit Halloween is planning to open several temporary Northern Virginia locations in empty retail space. It sells Halloween costumes, décor, and accessories, including wigs, makeup, and props.
According to the company’s website, the Dulles location is moving into the former Old Navy location. It’s set to open sometime this month.
