On Oct. 2, Simon, the parent company of several shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations, including Fashion Centre at Pentagon City and Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets, announced its fall campaign to support Susan G. Komen throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
During October, Susan G. Komen’s More Than Pink initiative will be supported by discount pass programs, gift cards and special gifts with donations.
At Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, shoppers who make a $10 donation to Komen during the month of October will receive a discount pass, valid at 20 participating retailers, including Kate Spade New York, Macy’s and Nordstrom. Plus, guests who make a donation to Komen at Guest Services will receive a complimentary cosmetic bag filled with beauty items from participating retailers.
At both Fashion Centre and Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets, Simon will donate $1 to Komen for each specially marked Visa Simon Giftcard purchased.
The discount pass program will also be available at the Leesburg outlets to shoppers who donate $10, with 60 retailers participating, including Theory, Kate Spade New York and Tory Burch.
