Take in the views and the community at The Residences at Lighthouse Cove

When you are buying a home, location is always an important consideration. That’s particularly true at the beach, where a view of the ocean or bay boosts the appeal. The Residences at Lighthouse Cove has both, and since it’s a condominium community, it also gives owners more time to enjoy them.

The Residences at Lighthouse Cove, a resort-themed property in Dewy Beach, Delaware, has been making waves since it debuted above the Hyatt Place Dewey Beach Hotel in 2013. Buyers appreciate the open floor plan and the upscale appointments that sport a coastal flair.

From the rooftop garden, residents can watch the sun come up over the ocean in the morning. In the evening, they gather for happy hours to savor the sunset. Successive phases have added enviable amenities, including a rooftop pool, with an infinity edge pool, a new bay-walk and a recreational pier on the Rehoboth Bay, as well as a sunset gazebo and the highly sought-after final phase: bay-front units offering direct views of the water. On-site dinning includes the recently opened Sunset Deck and The Lighthouse Restaurant will make its return for the summer 2021 season. Sunset Deck offers indoor and outdoor bayside dining, fresh and local coastal-inspired dishes, handcrafted cocktails and stunning sunsets, all within a few short steps from the bayside beach.

Residents enjoy the advantages of assigned parking in a secure garage. Once they pocket the key, they can walk to all the Dewey Beach attractions or take the Jolly Trolley into Rehoboth Beach. There’s no need to pay the meter to wiggle your toes in the sand and sip an icy drink or hear music at Lighthouse Cove.

Not surprisingly, The Residences has been popular for those wanting a vacation home, as well as buyers looking to downsize from a single-family home to a condo at the beach. In the final phase, only 10 units are left. Most remaining properties are available for quick delivery, immediately, which include two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans.
