The Loudoun County School Board is considering a policy that protects against discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. The latest proposal was introduced as an information item at the Feb. 12 board meeting. The board voted against adding a LGBTQ protection policy for employees in a 4-5 vote two years ago.
