
Because desserts are never simple anymore, here’s what to know about this sweets stand at The Block: It’s a yeast doughnut (sans hole), split in half. Inside is a scoop of ice cream (we’re fans of cookie butter) with something crunchy, like Oreo cookie crumbles or Fruity Pebbles. Then the doughnut is reassembled, pressed like a panini for about 15 seconds, then cut down the center and finished with a glaze thanks to Nutella or black sesame.
