A new pizzeria is opening soon inside the Ashburn Ice House. Slice Theory will debut this week with a science-themed menu that includes pizza and wings.
The new fast-casual concept will occupy a space inside the skating facility that was recently vacated by Rai’s Pizza. It’s at 21595 Smith Switch Rd., Ashburn.
“We’re learning as we go, staying humble, and committed to making Slice Theory a local favorite. Our approach blends elevated ingredients with quick, efficient service, and we plan to evolve the menu with feedback from the community,” owner Siddhartha Maharjan said.
The pizzeria is set to open the week of April 15, though no exact date has been announced yet.
Slice Theory’s menu features an array of specialty pizzas with science-themed names, like a four-meat pie called The Big Bang or a Buffalo-chicken version called The Fractal. There are also salads, hot and cold sandwiches, sides, and desserts.
The deal for this space was completed by Metropolitan Restaurant Brokers.
