New NoVA Restaurants You Need to Try in November

There is no shortage of new eateries to try, from Thai to tapas to Southern comfort foods.

The weather is crisp and days are shorter. Your appetite no doubt will welcome these new NoVA restaurants for dynamic dining and compelling cuisine. 

Arlington 

Padaek Arlington Ridge

Family-owned Padaek showcases Lao and regional Thai cuisine. This second location brings generations-old family recipes of noodles, rice, curry, soup, and signature dishes. Fan favorites like spring rolls, satay, and drunken noodles round out the menu. 2931 S. Glebe Rd., Arlington 

Ryu Izakaya

Ryu Izakaya offers traditional Japanese small dishes, tapas-style small plates, sushi, and fusion food. Dine on a classic meal set or ramen bowl, along with an outstanding sake selection from the full service bar. 3030 Columbia Pk. Arlington 

Tiger Dumplings

Housemade dumplings are the name of the game here, with a vast variety of options for fans. Try cod, wagyu beef, spicy pork, or shrimp celery dumplings at this Clarendon spot. Diners also dig in for inventive appetizers, soups, noodles and rice. 3225 Washington Blvd., Arlington
