Toimoi Bakery, a popular bakery at many Northern Virginia farmers markets, is opening a new brick-and-mortar space in Fairfax’s Mosaic District, FFXNow reported.
Toimoi offers a selection of desserts and pastries with Asian-inspired flavors, including the trendy Supreme Croissant — a circular croissant filled with flavored cream and topped with white chocolate. The bakery has been in operation since 2021.
Currently, Toimoi has a presence at seven farmers markets around the region — including FreshFarm’s Mosaic market — and one permanent production facility in Chantilly, where customers can pick up pastries on weekends.
The new Mosaic space is projected to open in early 2027, co-owner Gabriel Santos told FFXNow. It will offer pastries, plus tea, coffee, and bubble tea.
The bakery will take over Falafel, Inc.’s space near Our Mom Eugenia at 2985 District Avenue, Unit 170. The falafel chain will move to a new, larger location in Mosaic at 2985 District Ave., Ste. 115.
