Collectors, if you have anything Mike Wolfe and the folks on American Pickers would hunt for, the History Channel’s TV series will be in Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia in March looking for your treasures.
In social media posts on Facebook and Twitter, the show says, “We are looking for large, private, junky, rusty collections. If that’s you or someone you know, we want to hear about it!”
The show, known for finding antiques in old barns, junkyards, and people’s homes, will only consider private collections. No stores, malls, flea markets, museums, or auctions will be considered.
Those with stories about their collectibles can call American Pickers at 646-493-2184 or email the show for consideration. You need to let the show know your name, phone number, where the collection is located, and what items you have.
American Pickers is now in its 24th season.
