The Boro Tysons
Classes at Boro Park are offered several days each week all summer. Try the Latin Dance Experience, Cagla Giray of Su + Soul Pop-Up Pilates, Outdoor Yoga Series, or Outdoor Body Weight Bootcamp. Fitness on the Plaza
Visit Fairfax Corner for Fitness on the Plaza. It’s offered every Saturday at 9 a.m. Each week alternates between high-intensity workouts with F45 Training and classes with CorePower yoga for an invigorating full-body flow. Summer Sweat Series: Rooftop HIIT
Lululemon and OneLife Fitness alternate hosting weekly Rooftop HIIT sessions at the Market Garage in Mosaic District. Every Wednesday at 6 p.m., sweat it out with these high-intensity interval training and bodyweight classes led by community instructors. Trampoline Fitness
Experience a high-energy, low-impact outdoor workout on mini trampolines, organized by VIDA Fitness. Trampoline fitness sessions are held every Tuesday at 6 p.m. through September 1.
