The Boro Tysons
Classes at Boro Park are offered several days each week all summer. Try the Latin Dance Experience, Cagla Giray of Su + Soul Pop-Up Pilates, Outdoor Yoga Series, or Outdoor Body Weight Bootcamp. All fitness levels are welcome and no registration is required. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle and get ready for upbeat classes that encourage intentional movement and build core strength. Fitness on the Plaza
Visit Fairfax Corner for Fitness on the Plaza. It’s offered every Saturday at 9 a.m. Each week alternates between bootcamp with F45 training for circuit and HIIT style workouts, and yoga with CorePower yoga for an invigorating full-body flow. Select weeks feature iCRYO pop-ups with complimentary compression sessions. Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. Summer Sweat Series: Rooftop HIIT
Lululemon and OneLife Fitness alternate hosting weekly Rooftop HIIT sessions at the Market Garage in Mosaic District. Every Wednesday at 6 p.m., sweat it out with these high-intensity interval training and bodyweight classes led by community instructors. Trampoline Fitness
Experience a high-energy, low-impact outdoor workout on mini trampolines, organized by VIDA Fitness. Trampoline fitness sessions are held every Tuesday at 6 p.m. through September 1.
