We all know we need to use it, but which one should we use? According to Dr. Syed A. Amiry of Reston Dermatology & Cosmetic Center, “The best sunscreen is one that you will use often. Some may have the best ingredients, but they don’t feel good on the skin. The active ingredients can burn the skin and eyes.” He adds that sunblock is better than sunscreen and to look for zinc and titanium oxide, which he feels are the best ingredients. “Anthelios sunscreens by La Roche-Posay are good, and Neutrogena has some great products too; those are the two I have experience with.”
