Through three types of workouts—Pilates Pro, Pilates Classic and Matbox—Pilates Pro Works instructors utilize the foundations of the Pilates practice to stretch and empower the body. The Classic class focuses on the traditional methods of building lean, flexible muscles, and the Pro class brings it up a notch with participants using the FitFormer to focus on resistance, lengthening and strength training set to high-energy music. The Matbox class goes even further, incorporating kickboxing into the routine to really push the intensity of the workout.
