Relax at These Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland Airbnbs with Pools 

These properties offer tranquility and the fun of a pool for you and the kids.

If you’re still trying to figure out your summer getaway, factor in whether the location has a pool. These Airbnbs with pools may be the perfect option for a weekend or longer stay. Admit it. Lounging by the pool sounds nice right about now. 

Entire Home in Martinsville  

Distance from Dulles: Approximately 4.5 hours 

A secluded guesthouse with picturesque views of trees and mountains can accommodate up to six guests. The saltwater pool on the grounds can be heated for an additional $40 per day, and there is a fire pit to enjoy after your swim. The pool is private and along with a splash pad and hot tub, all three amenities are available and open all year long. Martinsville 

Cottage on the Knoll with Private Pool and Hot Tub 

Distance from Dulles: 2 hours, 30 minutes 

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage in Nelson County sleeps six and includes a year-round, heated, in-ground swimming pool for cottage and two-bedroom apartment guest use. The property is close to Blue Ridge wineries and vineyards. The owners live on a working farm behind the cottage, so be prepared for rooster wake-up calls! Lovingston 

50-Acre Virginia Wine Country Home 

Distance from Dulles: 90 minutes 

Designed and built by actor Skeet Ulrich, Lumusa Lodge is a 50-acre home nestled in Virginia’s wine country. The home can accommodate 13 guests and includes a heated pool and hot tub ($45 a night for the propane-heated hot tub). The pool is closed from mid-November through mid-April. There is a pickleball court guests can use on the next property. Robertson 

Home in Virginia Horse and Wine Country with Heated Pool and Spa 

Distance from Dulles: 15 minutes 

This spacious five-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home on eight acres includes a well-lit pool with a waterslide and a stone firepit next to the pool. Let the kids swim all night. Post-swim, the family-friendly home boasts a game room and movie room that are perfect for evening popcorn and your favorite film. Marshall 

Harpers Ferry Farmhouse 

Distance from Dulles: Approximately 1 hour 

This roomy, circa 1805 farmhouse in the Blue Ridge Mountains of West Virginia has a year-round heated saltwater plunge pool. The pool area is furnished with a dining table, umbrella and multiple chaise lounges perfect for poolside meals or cocktails. The house has a basketball hoot and other outdoor games like cornhole. Harmony Lodge 

Distance from Dulles: Approximately 1 hour 

This peaceful two-bedroom, two-bath home in Myersville, Maryland, is on three wooded acres. There’s a heated pool open from May 1 through September 30. A maximum of two dogs are allowed per stay, and there are dog bowls, a large, fenced backyard, and a waste cleanup station to make your furry friends’ stay just as good as yours. Myersville, Maryland 

Chester Riverfront at Kent Narrows 

Distance from Dulles: Approximately 1 hour, 30 minutes 

This rental overlooks the Eastern Shore’s Chester River. The ground-floor unit of the duplex is suited for couples, friends, solo travelers, or families. Your booked stay includes the use of an unheated pool, hot tub, paddleboard and three kayaks. There is also a small beach and pier on the property. Kent Narrows, Maryland
