Your one last weekend trip to the mountains for skiing and snowboarding might have been canceled, and all of those memories you hoped to make at Massanutten Resort this year may have been left unaccounted for.

But don’t worry, even though you can snap your bindings or head to the golf course, you can still visit the McGaheysville-based resort in an entirely new way.

With the growing trend of virtual wellness, Massanutten Resort is starting its own new chapter with Massanutten Moment. It’s “your daily dose of fresh mountain air,” according to the website. On YouTube, IGTV (Instagram) and Facebook, the resort is offering 15- to 20-minute videos on all things wellness.

Viewers can find short yoga practices, step-by-step cooking guides (like how to make your own personal pizzas, even with kids) and breathing exercises. You may not be getting your kids out on a fun getaway or relaxing with your trip to the spa, but the short moments will still connect you with the travel destination every day.

So, catch a glimpse at the staff of Massanutten Resort with Massanutten Moment, and dream of the days you’ll be able to return to the Virginia mountains once again. // Massanutten Resort: 1822 Resort Drive, McGaheysville
