Meriwether Vineyards Group
Three wineries under this group hit the market in July for a total of $12.8 million. Pearmund Cellars, a 25-acre operation in Broad Run, holds 14 acres of chardonnay-led vine. Vint Hill Craft Winery in Warrenton is smaller, with about half an acre. Its restored barn has a tasting room and a museum dedicated to military artifacts, a nod to its past as an Army signals station.
