Properties Included in Sale
Pearmund Cellars is located on 25 acres in Broad Run. It features nearly 14 acres of chardonnay-led vineyard. The 5,980-square-foot winery includes a tasting and production building, a barrel room with a glass viewing wall, and outdoor patios. The property also includes a 2,400-square-foot home with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.

The Pearmund Farm Store is set on 5 acres adjoining the property. The store sits in the Valley Green Farmhouse, a circa-1743 building that’s among the oldest residences in Fauquier County. Inside, it features a sun porch, a downstairs retail area, and four upstairs rooms for shopping, tastings, and small gatherings. Guests can taste and buy wines from all three of the wineries, and the store also sells a variety of Virginia-made artisan products.

Vint Hill Craft Winery in Warrenton sits on approximately half an acre and has a production capacity of around 100 barrels. The property sits within a former top-secret Army signals station. Within a restored barn is a tasting room and upper-level museum that displays uniforms, wartime posters, and artifacts.

Effingham Manor & Winery is set on approximately 12.8 acres in Nokesville. The manor is a registered historic landmark dating to 1767. The property includes a dedicated winery and event center with a tasting room, barrel room, and covered outdoor patio. It can accommodate up to 175 guests for weddings, celebrations, and private events.
