Whether you love the winter snow or daydream about the return of the summer sun, you will probably find something that will wow you at Village at Leesburg’s annual Ice Fest. The ice festival is the perfect spot to bundle up, lace up some ice skates (if that’s your thing), and snap some photos of amazing ice sculptures.

From noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, you can take part in a variety of winter festivities, including ice skating and “ice corn hole.”
For those looking to heat up and fill a grumbly stomach, the ice festival will have hot cider, a s’mores station, and specialty libations for folks who are 21 and older.

The highlight, of course, is watching award-winning ice carvers at work. Artists will arrive in the morning and complete their sculptures throughout the day. From start to finish, seeing the ice blocks turn into whimsical shapes and characters is a sight to behold.
This fun and interactive festival invites guests to stroll around the property, take in the views, and welcome the winter season with what’s sure to be a memorable day.
