7th Annual Halloween Bark Bash

One Loudoun’s signature pet event, The Halloween Bark Bash, is an outdoor festival that features pet-focused businesses, animal rescue groups introducing adoptable dogs, and more. Dirt Farm’s Howl-O-Ween: Dog Costume Contest and Market
October 26, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Dirt Farm Brewing and Pet Supplies Plus of Purcellville have teamed up for a spooktacular day including dog-friendly shopping, local animal rescues, and a costume contest. The top three winners of the contest will receive Pet Supplies Plus gift cards. For pet parents, there will be beer flights that include four pieces of candy paired with four beers. Dog Halloween Costume Contest and Halloweenie Race

This free event at Lost Barrel Brewing has a costume contest where participating dogs and humans get high-res images emailed to them after the event. There will also be a 1:30 p.m. “Halloweenie” race, where guests are invited to bring their pet dachshund to see who’s the fastest. Doggie Trick-or-Treating at Dogma Bakery
October 26, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Bring your four-legged friend to this Shirlington Village event that supports Lucky Dog Animal Rescue. Registered pups can join in the costume contest and will receive a gift bag to collect baked goodies at participating locations. All Dogs Frolick After Dark at Frolick Dogs Canine Sports Club
October 31, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
With a playgroup taking place on Halloween, costumes are a must (but not required).
