10 DIY decor events for spring

After spring cleaning, you’ll want to spruce up your home with new decor. So, why not make your own?

Spring arrives this month, and changing seasons means swapping out your winter home decor with bright, colorful pieces. Add new touches to your house with your own handmade items. Find 10 DIY workshops below happening across the region.

Date Night Pottery Wheel
Saturday March 7, 14, 21 and 28, 7 p.m.
You and your partner can enjoy an adults-only date night at the pottery wheel, where you’ll make a ceramic cup or bowl together. Block Printing with Sue Henry of Tulusa
Thursday, March 19, 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Mosaic Coaster Making and Sip Party
Friday, March 20, 7-9 p.m.

Spring Floral Arrangement Workshop

Bring spring’s blooms into your home with Merrifield Plant Specialist and Designer Louis Rathcford, who will lead this floral arrangement class alongside Whitney Sproul, also a designer at Merrifield. Drafts and Crafts: Hello Spring

Custom Candle Making and Sip Party

DIY Workshop: Painting the Galaxy with Watercolor
Saturday, April 18, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Plant a Living Wreath
