Took pictures at the pumpkin patch? Check. Made your way through local haunted houses? Check. But have you gotten your tickets for the Lee-Fendall House Halloween Pumpkin Hunt? If you haven’t, this is one you’ll want to add to the list for your little ones.

In its sixth year, the Halloween Pumpkin Hunt, inspired by Easter egg hunts, lets kids make their way around the garden grounds to find colorful, toy-filled pumpkins and other prizes. Being held on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., the event is geared toward toddlers and elementary-aged kids.
Every child is guaranteed to get a pumpkin with a small gift, and one pumpkin per session will have a certificate for a special prize hidden inside.
Although the actual hunting is for the little ghosts, goblins and superheroes, the day will be filled with activities for everyone to enjoy. A costume parade (also featuring prizes), arts and crafts tables, sticker and temporary tattoo stations, spooky stories and refreshments will be available for all ages.
Because of the event’s continued popularity, the Lee-Fendall House is urging families to purchase tickets in advance through Eventbrite.
