Heading to Dulles Town Center? You may spot some exciting new additions to the mall. Check out these two newly opened spots, plus five that are expected to open soon.

Now Open

810 Entertainment

This entertainment destination opened in Dulles Town Center in November. The facility has 26 bowling lanes, laser tag, mini golf, darts, and party rooms. It also has food and drink options like milkshakes, burgers, cocktails, and beer.

Chimney Cake Bakery

Try a Hungarian chimney cake at this new eatery. The treats are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with the option to fill them with ice cream and add a variety of toppings.

Coming Soon

DTC Expo & Event Center

This new, 120,000-square-foot event center will host some of the events that were previously hosted at the Dulles Expo Center. It’s expected to open in the second quarter of 2026.

Sky Zone

Kids will soon be able to jump and play at the new Sky Zone trampoline park. The attractions include different zones like slides, zip lines, and foam pits. Now until the park opens, there’s an early bird ticket offer for $10 off a 120-minute jump ticket with the code SOEarlyBirdDTC10.

Cloudbound

Cloudbound is a playspace designed for kids up to age 6. It will be located within Sky Zone when it opens.

Bourbon Boulevard Steakhouse

This steak restaurant, which currently has one location in Chantilly, will expand to a new space in Dulles Town Center, in the place of the long-vacant P.F. Chang’s. No official opening date has been announced.

Patrick’s Elegant Living

After several years in Tysons Corner Center, Patrick’s Elegant Living — an upscale furniture retailer — is moving into a space in Dulles Town Center, The Washington Business Journal reported.
