Save Big at These 5 Fall Consignment Sales in Northern Virginia

Save on Halloween costumes, women’s apparel, kids’ toys, and more at these fall sales.

If you’re looking to do some fall shopping on a budget, these area consignment sales and shops are a great option. Whether you’re hunting for discounted clothes for children who outgrow them quickly or perhaps looking for a designer bag at an affordable price, you’ll want to stop by these local consignment stores and sales.

Little Flower Consignments 

September 27, 6:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Registration for this one-day pop-up sale held every spring and fall is now open. Entry is free, and you’ll find baby and children’s clothes, toys, baby gear, maternity items, and more. All proceeds are donated to Divine Mercy Outreach, which serves the needs of St. Theresa’s parishioners and the people of Loudoun County. The sale is welcoming not only shoppers, but sellers and workers too. 21370 St. Theresa Ln., Ashburn 

Christ Church Children’s Consignment Sale 

September 27, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., half price noon to 2 p.m. 
 
This seasonal consignment sale offers items for all ages of kids. Sales are typically in the spring and fall and buyers love to sift through the thousands of finds from gently used children’s clothing to books, furniture, and games. Best of all, if you’re in a rush, the sale offers an automated checkout system. All proceeds benefit the various ministries and missions of Christ Church. 7600 Ox Rd., Fairfax Station 

N’Used Fall Sidewalk Sale 

October 2 to 4 

N’Used offers designer, name brand, and vintage items at their store in Herndon and online. Their fall sidewalk sale, running October 2 through the 4, will offer tent items for just $5. In addition to clothing, N’Used also sells handbags and accessories. 284 Sunset Park Dr., Herndon

Twice is Nice Fall Trunk Sale 

November 10 

Women’s consignment and green living boutique Twice is Nice is hosting a designer fashion trunk sale in November. There will be fall and winter styles from brands like Anthropologie, Sundance, Free People, and others. Register for VIP early bird shopping tickets on Twice is Nice’s website. 12 W. Kids Halloween Costume Exchange 

October 3, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. 

There’s nothing worse than buying a pricey Halloween costume that your child will wear only once. Luckily, Herndon’s Kids Halloween Costume Exchange offers an affordable option to get your child’s coveted costume in time for spooky season. Donate gently used Halloween costumes at the Herndon Community Center beginning September 22 through noon on Thursday, October 2. The costume exchange will be Friday, October 3. 777 Lynn St., Herndon
