Revamp your look with help from local stylist Lani Inlander

With a new version of her Wear Your Power e-course, Inlander is encouraging women to master their professional wardrobes, even if they’re not leaving the house.

As we settle into our new routines at home, many people are starting to realize how many hours there really are in the day. From baking tutorials to live workout classes streaming online, there are various ways to pass the time while also feeling productive.

Lani Inlander, the DC-based stylist and founder of consulting company Real Life Style, has a suggestion for women during the current stay-at-home order: Conquer your closet.

“Most people don’t want to take the time usually, and now they can,” says Inlander, who has recently launched a remastered version of her Wear Your Power e-course, which typically focuses on new mothers who are hoping to rework their wardrobes after maternity leave. The updated version is tailored to all women, offering biweekly, online lessons that help you to navigate your wardrobe, find your personal style and ultimately feel better about your look.

You may not be heading to the office for another few months, but there’s no harm in getting a jump-start on spring cleaning, and also embracing this uneasy time as a chance to experiment with your look, according to Inlander.

With the four-week course, which is modified to be taken at your own pace, you’ll learn how to edit your wardrobe, define your personal style, find the colors that work best for you, shop for the five must-have pieces needed for your work wardrobe and put it all together in essential looks that make you feel your best. Then at the very end, Inlander is offering 30-minute phone calls with each participant to answer all outstanding questions.

From now until Monday, April 27, Inlander is offering the program at a discounted price of $147. Once registered, course material will be sent to your inbox.
