Va. sues concrete manufacturer over defective Silver Line panels; All boys and their coach rescued from cave in Thailand

Monday, Virginia and the federal government sued Pennsylvania-based Universal Concrete Products for providing them with concrete panels, which were used in the construction of the Silver Line, that the company knew were defective.

Tuesday morning, Thai Navy SEALs announced that all 12 boys and their soccer coach had been safely rescued from the cave that they had been trapped in for 18 days. As the boys are evaluated, cave disease is a concern.
