Officials consider changing 66 Express Lanes algorithm; Ku Klux Klan propaganda found in Triangle

In response to tolls along 66 Express Lanes costing more than $40 multiple times since their opening, officials are going to make adjustments to the dynamic tolls’ algorithm.
