At 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, a woman driving on Dumfries Road near the Hoadly Road intersection pulled over after two men flagged her down claiming that she had a flat tire. After she pulled over, the men got out of their car, pointed a handgun at her, but did not demand any property or make physical contact.

Monday at 8:45 p.m., a man entered the Manassas Le Tache Couple Boutique, walked behind the counter and bit a female employee. The man then paced around the woman before going back behind the counter and attempting to pull up her skirt. The victim called the police and the man left.
