A Southwest Airlines flight traveling from New York to Dallas on Wednesday had to make an emergency landing at Philadelphia International Airport after one of the engines exploded while the plane was in the air. The blast broke one window, causing a woman to be sucked out. Despite passengers pulling her back inside the plane, the woman did not survive.
