Saturday, a woman attempted to steal a parked vehicle in the 3300 block of Dry Powder Circle while a 38-year-old mother was changing her baby’s diaper in the backseat. The accused female was able to move the car a short distance before the victim screamed and was able to get the baby out of the car. The suspect took off on foot and was later arrested.
