Tens of thousands still without power in Metro-D.C. area; Potomac Mills sign, damaged from wind, removed

Nearly 50,000 people living in the Metro-D.C. area, 14,663 in Arlington, still do not have power. Dominion Energy hopes to have power restored by Tuesday at 11 p.m.
