The Lorton 17-year-old who has been charged with murdering his girlfriend’s parents (Reston’s Buckley Kuhn-Fricker and Scott Fricker) has been transported from the hospital to a Fairfax County Juvenile Detention Center following a teleconference hearing on Monday. During Monday’s Loudoun County School Board meeting, board members brought up LGBT advocates’ continued efforts to get members of the community anti-discrimination protections. Last year, the school board voted against incorporating sexual orientation and gender identity training into the employee non-discrimination policy 5-4.
