Va. attorney dismisses several voter fraud cases over DMV registration issues; WETA-TV signs letter of intent to stay in Shirlington

In light of issues that voters have been experiencing with registering through the Department of Motor Vehicles, Chuck Slemp, an attorney for Wise County and the City of Norton, said in an email that he dropped multiple prosecution cases because it cannot be determined if the DMV information is accurate.

Two days after Christmas, an Uber driver from Sterling, Kal Y. Hartemariam, allegedly sexually assaulted a female passenger. The adult woman said that Hartemariam pulled over in the Rutherford Circle area and assaulted her in the backseat.
