Connected terror attacks kill 14 in Spain; Confederate namesakes face scrutiny in Arlington

Fourteen are dead in Spain after two connected terror attacks. One man, who authorities are still searching for, drove his car into a crowd in Barcelona, killing 13. One man died in Cambrils after he was struck by car driven by five men, all of whom were shot and killed by police. Police are exploring whether both attacks are connected to a house explosion in Alcanar earlier in the day, which killed one person.
