Metro repairs to begin with single-tracking between East Falls Church and Ballston; FBI joins search for missing Fairfax teens

The Metro’s SafeTrack maintenance plan will commence with 24/7 single-tracking on the Orange and Silver lines between East Falls Church and Ballston stations from June 4-16. Metro General Manager Paul Wiedefeld said passengers should “consider other alternatives” for their commutes.
