Whether you’re needing advice as a first-time homebuyer or want to create a floral bouquet to bring into your house, these local events will have you saying, “Home, sweet home,” a little bit more this month.

Keller Williams Capital Properties Seminar
Sunday, July 5, 11 a.m.-noon
This seminar promises to teach you how to get your home property on the market in 60 days or less.
