Fountainhead Half Marathon/10K Trail Running Race
Saturday & Sunday, 7 a.m.-noon
Kick off your first weekend of fall with this in-person and virtual race. The annual Fountainhead Half Marathon and 10K race snakes through the banks of the Occoquan Reservoir for a nice morning among the trees. Intro to Yoga

If you are looking to reduce your stress, yoga may be the avenue for you. Stop by Harmony Yoga’s Intro to Yoga series to get the tips and guidance for starting out with other beginners. 2nd Annual 5K Chocolate Run
Sunday, 7-9 a.m.
Make your way to Fredericksburg for the second annual Chocolate Run. This family- and dog-friendly event follows the canal path and heritage trails in historic Fredericksburg.
