There’s a new all-you-can eat brunch in town. TTT in Clarendon, which stands for Tacos, Tortas and Tequila, has joined its Street Guys Hospitality brethren, including beloved Ambar, in offering unlimited eats on weekend mornings.
From 10 a.m. until 4 p.m on Saturdays and Sundays, $33.99 buys you the opportunity to fill your gullet to capacity and likely beyond. “As we reopen our restaurants in Arlington, we are delighted to discover that our casual Mexican fare is what everyone was craving during the pandemic,” said Street Guys founder and CEO Ivan Iricanin in a press release. He went on to say that the brunch will be served on all three floors of La Esquina de Clarendon, which also houses Buena Vida and rooftop Buena Vida Social Club.
What will you be eating? Eggs, for one, served in forms including a shrimp omelette, mushroom Benedict in chile de arbol hollandaise and breakfast tacos stuffed with brisket or bacon and cheese. Besides breakfast tacos, there are also tortas and sliders to try. Those looking for something more on the lunch side of brunch are treated to enchiladas, such as versions filled with chicken and topped in salsa verde, or stuffed with crab and shrimp and bathed in crab and Chihuahua cheese sauce.
There are reasons to save room for dessert too. Crepes are filled with cheesecake and flavored with sour apple compote, apricot marmalade and granola, or sweetened with dulce de leche and brightened with mint.
There are 11 cocktails priced at 25 cents apiece, including sangrias and margaritas. Of course, there’s a mimosa too, which stands out with blood orange puree in place of typical orange juice. // 2900 Wilson Blvd., Arlington
