Loudoun County diners will soon have a new spot to dig into Italian food. Pasta di Guy, a fast-casual Italian restaurant chain, has announced that its new Ashburn location will open this fall.
The restaurant will offer scratch-made pastas and sauces, in addition to flatbreads, salads, and desserts.
The small chain was founded in 2019 as a food truck in Tampa Bay, Florida, and has since expanded with additional locations in Florida and one in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Ashburn location will be its fifth location overall and its first outpost in Virginia.
“There’s a real opportunity to redefine fast‑casual Italian by combining convenience with fresh, made-from-scratch cooking. We’re bringing Ashburn an elevated pasta experience that is affordable, approachable and full of authentic Italian flavor,” said founder and chef Guy Carmeli.
The new restaurant will be located at 44050 Ashburn Shopping Plz., Ste. 147, in the Ashburn Village Shopping Center. It will occupy the space of the former Carnegie Style NY Pizza. An exact opening date has not been announced.
